    Very disappointed with the store called by late on Sunday afternoon to ask if they could remove links on my watch that I had for my birthday I was greeted with if you had bought the watch from our store we do all this automatically she continued to be quite rude and checked with another member of staff shouting of course it's not from our store it's not one of ours, the 2nd member of staff was polite and said she would have a look and it wasn't a problem unfortunately the links could not be removed but whilst waiting the 1st lady continued on,had I not realised where the watch was from that they do not remove links and again went on that this store its self offers this service if I had bought the watch from them so it would not have had this problem again I stressed it was a gift. I explained I have had watches from where my watch was purchased from and was fully aware as I have tried before. she then questioned where I had tried before all I wanted was the links removed,for which I thought this is the service they offered.It felt more like an interrogation -customer service skills not at her best no matter what the time is.
